Director of Registration Services |
Holly joined the Meeting Expectations team in early 2007. As a former Sr. Travel Director for Maritz, she facilitated numerous events
for Fortune 500 companies, both in the U.S. and Internationally. Along with creating program timelines for a smooth event flow, Holly
organized staff placement, delivered billing verification on-site, and ensured the fulfillment of hotel, vendor and entertainment
contracts for events as large as 15,000 attendees.
As Director of Registration Services, Holly is uniquely qualified to handle the critical details that can make or break a meeting. Holly
oversees a staff of 10 registration coordinators and is involved in the overall management of the registration services team. Holly
advises clients on everything from registration technology solutions to call center management.
Holly also served as the special events coordinator for Grady Health System in Atlanta. There, she coordinated celebrity visits, created
a yearly event calendar and budget, initiated a student internship program with Georgia State University, planned for the Governor’s
visit to the grand opening of Grady’s new Cancer Center, and coordinated major fundraising events. Prior to that, she has served at
Georgia Perimeter College and in the Governor’s Intern Program for Habitat for Humanity.
