Chief Operating Officer, Managing Partner |
Jeff Rausch is Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of Meeting Expectations (ME!).
As COO, he is responsible for overall company operations, as well as helping to set and
implement overall corporate objectives. In addition to overall company operations, Rausch
is responsible for the planning, direction, and implementation of technology initiatives
for both ME! and its clients.
Becoming a member of the ME! team in 1996, Jeff has been a central part of its growth and
development, and has been involved at every phase of client interaction, including sales,
planning, implementation, monitoring, and metrics analysis. Under his direction, ME!'s
technology solutions process in excess of 10,000 transactions and nearly $10 million in
eCommerce transactions annually. In addition, ME!'s IT team creates custom web and Windows
applications, and maintains multiple web-enabled databases ranging from 500 to over 100,000
contact records.
Prior to joining ME!, Jeff served as a principal of Moir Danforth & Brandon, an organizational
development and strategic planning consulting firm, during which his primary responsibilities
were to develop and manage the company's client technology programs. In addition, he has been
involved in strategic planning for a wide range of firms, from Web development to construction
companies.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Alfred University
with emphases in Marketing, Biology and Art.
