Our association management staff will provide high-level event planning and conference planning support to your board of directors and committees as they help set the direction of your organization. We provide the event planning and the conference planning information required in order to make informed decisions on behalf of your constituents. We manage the conference planning and event planning process and work to hardwire the budget to your organizational objectives. Once the board has agreed upon a strategic direction for your association, we work with the committees to align their conference planning and event planning objectives with those of the overall organization.
We work to ensure the organization's event planning and conference planning objectives are internalized by committees and stakeholders, and identify how each committee's objectives can support the organizational objectives. Then, we hard wire budgets the strategic plan to ensure the organization assigns ample resources to commit to implementation, or to assist the organization in objectives prioritization.
