POSITION: Association Sr. Coordinator
This position is located in Atlanta, GA – no relocation assistance.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Maintains overall responsibility for smaller projects and specifically assigned project responsibilities on larger, more complex projects, within various functional area(s) on a client account including membership, membership marketing, communications, and events. Reports up to the Sr. staff member with account management responsibility assigned to that client.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KNOWLEDGE

Association Management

  • Provide input, suggestions and recommendations to client.
  • Provide input into client and Association Management Business Unit (AMBU) operations, processes, procedures and policies.
  • Operate in compliance with association specific policies.
  • Respond to client requests in timely, professional manner.
  • Work effectively with association board of directors, volunteer committees and interfaces with association members.
  • Support the overall goals and objectives of the association through additional responsibilities as required.

Membership

  • Maintain the membership database, ensuring the accuracy of its content.
  • Manage the member renewal and enrollment process.
  • Handle member inquiries and requests serving as a primary contact for a client’s phone and online membership presence.
  • Produce monthly membership reports.
  • Responsible for membership files and ensuring all payments are received and processed.
  • Coordinate the production process for the annual printed membership directory.

Communications

  • Participate in all association communications campaigns, event marketing campaigns/activities and promotional efforts.
  • Ensure and enforce the consistency of the association brand and key messages.
  • Write, edit and proofread communications, adhering to all communications-related policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the association’s online social media presence.
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance of the association’s web site.

Event and Registration Management

  • Create web-based event and registration system with the ability to handle multiple events at one time.
  • Process registration applications received though phone calls, online, mail, and fax.
  • Provide onsite registration coordination.
  • Track registration client history documents and compile registration reports for each event.
  • Work with accounting to compile invoices and finalize database wrap-up.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-4 years of basic office experience preferably in non-profit membership organizations.
  • Proven success in project management, organization, and administrative duties.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills including presentation skills and networking.
  • Experience with association management software preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required with ability to learn new software.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%)

POSITION: Business Development Sr. Coordinator

GENERAL SUMMARY
Support and coordinate all client related business development functions and staff within the company.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KNOWLEDGE

  • Provide pleasant and professional services to all prospects, internal and external clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction of both new and existing customers.
  • Perform data entry by maintaining all client information through CRM solution.
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence with timeliness and accuracy.
  • Set up client folder and maintain current and accurate filing including client files.
  • Develop contracts and provide edits of other necessary legal documents as requested.
  • Support business development managers with client calls, meetings and pitches.
  • Coordinate calendar for sales department including booking sales meetings, coordinating client meetings
  • Manage sales and promotional materials, inventory

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year experience in event, meeting and/or association related field in additional to sales experience.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Outlook and be able to type with speed and accuracy.

POSITION: OAUG Manager of Membership Sales
This position is located in Atlanta, GA – no relocation assistance.

GENERAL SUMMARY
The manager of sales for the Oracle applications users group (OAUG) will be responsible for acquiring new user members for the organization. The responsibilities of the position are global and the manager of sales will be responsible for mainting a prospect, member, and alliance partners database. Additionally he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing member acquisition campaigns.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KNOWLEDGE

Customer Service

  • Provide excellent customer service to existing, prospective and new members
  • Customer service focused through handling all telephone calls, emails and requests and oversight of any call center activities
  • Quick response to all communications within at least 24 hour turnaround time

Sales

  • The role of this position is to procure User Members for the organization
  • Inside and outside sales are required
  • Development of email and print campaigns to procure members
  • Development and implementation of localization benefit and value of membership with our alliance partners worldwide
  • Exploit every indirect and direct sales channel available to procure User Members for the organization. This will include business development partnership development
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on OAUG membership as a product.
  • Conduct outside sales at conferences, connection points, and other gatherings of qualified non-members.
  • Maintain a log of common member questions and concerns, and develop and refine the member value proposition for various potential member segments.

Database Management

  • Data entry and management of the OAUG member and prospective member database
  • Update the registration system weekly to ensure accuracy of database.
  • Perform data mining and utilization of data and develop system for tracking prospective, members interest and needs
  • Perform database quality management to ensure that company names and other datafields are consistent

Reporting

  • Follow department procedures related to reporting guidelines
  • Provide weekly updates on campaign development, tracking and progress
  • Work closely with accounting on membership revenue and expense management and reconciliation

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player

POSITION: Membership Marketing Sr. Coordinator

GENERAL SUMMARY
Maintains policy documents and database records pertaining to client membership. Executes membership recruitment and retention activities. Serves as a primary contact for a clients phone and on-line membership presence and has the ability to recognize and up sell clients to higher levels of membership and participation. Reports to membership Specialist, Sr. Specialist, or Membership Director or senior staff member(s) with account management responsibility.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KNOWLEDGE

  • Maintaining the membership database and ensuring the accuracy of its content.
  • Managing the member renewal and enrollment process.
  • Handling member inquiries and requests.
  • Producing membership reports.
  • Manages the Membership prospect database
  • Researches and obtains prospect lists and researches competing organizations
  • Responsible for membership files and ensures all payments are received and processed
  • Works closely with staff teams on production and operations to ensure all deliverables have been completed
  • Sells higher level of membership and recruits non-members via phone and e-mail.
  • Responds to client requests in timely, professional manner

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
