  • Develop shipping schedules based on the venue's dock availability and move-in/move-out times.

  • Provide onsite show floor management to assist exhibitors in their minute-by-minute needs.
  • Work with onsite union labor to ensure quality services are provided in a timely manner.
  • Provide lead retrieval solutions to maximize exhibitors' ROI.
  • Develop online and hard copy exhibitor feedback surveys to provide a mechanism for exhibitors to speak their minds and continually improve their experience.
